Article 1: Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to this establishment (hereinafter referred to as “the Shop”) and the users of this service (hereinafter referred to as “the User”).
Article 2: The Service
“The Service” refers to the process by which the Shop accepts applications for services provided by the Shop through the Shop’s website in a manner designated by the Shop.
Article 3: Reservation Procedure

Article 4: Completion of Reservation
A reservation made through the Service shall be deemed complete when the completion of the application process is displayed on the browser, or when the Shop issues an email notifying the User of the confirmed reservation details.
Article 5: Cancellation of Reservation by the Shop
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 4, if the Shop determines that the User has violated these Terms, or if the User is found to have engaged in any of the prohibited acts specified in Article 6, the Shop may cancel the reservation without prior notice.
Article 6: Prohibited Acts
The following acts are prohibited when using the Service:
- Registering false information during user registration.
- Making false or inappropriate applications when making a reservation.
- Unjustly interfering with the operation of the Service, causing disadvantage to the Shop, or any act that may lead to such consequences.
- Acts that infringe upon the rights of other users or third parties, causing damage, or any act that may lead to such consequences.
- Acts that violate public order, morals, or laws, or any act that may lead to such consequences.
- Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Shop, in addition to the preceding items.
Article 7: Cancellation or Change of Reservation
If you wish to change or cancel a reservation, please contact us via the inquiry form or by telephone.
Article 8: Protection of Personal Information
The handling of User information and usage history obtained by the Shop in providing the Service shall be in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Article 9: Suspension of the Service
The Shop may temporarily suspend the Service without prior notice during server maintenance or when the reservation system must be stopped urgently.
Article 10: Disclaimer
- If a User causes inconvenience or damage to others by using the Service, it shall be resolved at the responsibility of the parties involved, and the Shop shall not bear any responsibility.
- The Shop shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage caused by the User’s inability to use the Service due to the situations mentioned in the preceding article or issues with the communication environment.
Article 11: Miscellaneous
- The Shop may change these Terms by notifying Users on the Shop’s website or by other means.
- If a problem arises regarding the use of the Service that is not stipulated in these Terms, the parties involved shall discuss the matter in good faith to reach a resolution.
- If a dispute arises regarding the use of the Service that cannot be resolved through discussion between the parties, it shall be resolved in accordance with Japanese law at the court having jurisdiction over the location of our company.
